Product descriptions, images, and prices are published in good faith. We may correct errors or update pricing. If an error affects your order, we'll contact you before charging or shipping.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

Our balms are cosmetic skincare for external use. Results vary by individual. Information on this site is general in nature and not medical advice. Patch test before full use. Discontinue if irritation occurs.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The rest of these terms apply only to the extent they are consistent with those statutory rights.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we limit liability where appropriate. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term implied by law, that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site at the time of your order applies.
