Shipping & delivery

Rates

Within Australia, standard delivery is $15, and free on orders over $150.

Anywhere outside Australia is a flat $65, whatever your order is worth. Choose “Rest of world” in your bag before you check out — the rate and the countries we can deliver to are set when the checkout opens, so it cannot be changed on the payment page.

Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are not included in that rate and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Processing

Orders are packed in order of receipt. Small batch inventory means we may occasionally need an extra day during busy periods — we'll email you if anything changes.

Delivery timeframes

Within Australia, standard delivery is typically within a few business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas can take longer.

International orders typically take 10–30 business days after dispatch. Customs clearance is outside our control and is the usual reason a parcel sits still for a while.

Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Packaging

We pack jars to minimise movement in transit. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help.

Shipping fees and options are displayed before you pay. For the latest details, start checkout — or email rawtallow@gmail.com.
