All current orders are pre-orders and ship once our first batch is ready. From there, we deliver within Australia — rates and carriers confirmed at checkout.

Pre-orders are confirmed at checkout, and jars are packed and dispatched in the order they're received once our first batch is ready. We'll email you if timelines change.
Delivery timeframes
Standard delivery is typically within a few business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas can take longer. Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Packaging
We pack jars to minimise movement in transit. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help.
