Order updates

When your order ships, you'll receive tracking by email from our fulfilment partner. If anything looks unusual, reply to that email or reach out via rawtallow@gmail.com with your order number.

Shipping & delivery

Dispatch timing, carriers, and delivery expectations are summarised on our Shipping page. Complimentary standard delivery applies on qualifying orders — you'll see progress in your bag before checkout.

Returns & damaged parcels

Eligibility and how to reach us about a fault or change of mind are on Returns. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the outer carton and product, then email us — we'll make it right.
